What is the refund policy?

If after 90 days you don’t have noticeably more customers, we’ll throw in 60 days for free. If after that you are still unhappy, for any reason, we’ll issue a 100% refund.

Why do we need to develop an ideal customer profile?

Knowing the ideal customer is key to marketing success. Going beyond the common desire for great food and service – we want to know their interests, hobbies, and irritants. Appealing to customers on a deeper level translates to marketing success.

How do I measure success?

We’ll provide regular reports detailing web traffic, social media marketing, and email marketing. 

Your POS system should be able to capture sales data.  Overtime, sales should rise steadily and spike for special events.

Once I have signed an agreement, what do I need to do?

We’ll meet in person at the restaurant so we can get to know the place – from your and your customers’ eyes. Together, we’ll develop an ideal customer profile. We’ll walk you through granting editorial permission to the CMS and reputation platforms. After that, we’ll take it from there. 

If you want to go further, and really drive the most customers possible, we recommend:

  • Implementing tips from the ‘Repeat Customer Checklist’
  • Running one to two special events per month  (see the ‘Special Events’ spreadsheet that comes with your subscription for ideas)
  • Having a monthly or seasonal dish that can be featured in marketing material

I want to run a special on New Year’s Eve, Valentines, Cinco De Mayo, Mother’s Day etc. How do we let customers know about it?

Fantastic! A special event works amazing well for social media advertising. We’ll set up a campaign on our end and setup a funnel to capture users’ email to the newsletter (double win, yeah!).
